Background Maker

Application for making a tile-looking wallpaper for Windows Phone. User would design a custom wallpaper with photos and/or colors of choice.

It was published as Background Maker on Windows Phone Marketplace. Currently the link is dead because Windows Phone was cancelled by Microsoft.
